Complaints handling
At Genera, we do everything we can to provide the best possible service to our customers and would love to hear from you to help us improve! If you are not satisfied with the service, you have received or any other aspect of your communication with us, please contact e-mail post@genera.no. If you wish to file a formal complaint, it must be done in writing. It is important that you state clearly what you think Genera has done wrong and how you would like your complaint to be resolved. Give as much detail as possible including the sequence of events and attach any documentation that may be relevant to the case. The complaint should be sent by e-mail to post@genera.as or by mail to Genera, Bolette Brygge 1, 0252, Oslo. You will receive written confirmation that we have received and registered your complaint within 5 business days, together with information about next steps and the expected processing time.
We aim to process all complaints and provide feedback within 14 business days. It may be necessary to obtain additional information and documentation to ensure that the case is handled professionally and efficiently. If you are not satisfied with Genera’s response to your complaint, you may refer the matter to the Financial Services Complaints Board. In order for the Financial Services Complaint Board to address a dispute, the complaint must first be sent to Genera AS, and given a reasonable time to respond.
Compliance
Genera AS is not required to make SFDR disclosures as the company is out of scope of SFDR. Genera does not offer financial products or investment advice under our license, to non-professional investors.
We consider sustainability risks and preferences as part of our organisation and governance obligations and will always provide investors and partners with data and reports, if they are interested, even though Genera is not under the required SFDR reporting.
