Genera is an Oslo based independent and privately owned real estate investment and advisory company. The company is a securities firm licensed by the Financial Supervisory Authorities of Norway. Genera consists of three partners and focuses on value creation in all aspects of the Nordic real estate universe, from venture capital and proptech to asset-based investments, development and third-party advisory services. The team has extensive experience, more than 40 years combined, from the complete cycle of investing in commercial real estate; including investment banking, project finance, transactions, capital raising, structuring, development and management.   

Genera can be divided in two, ‘Gen’ and ‘era’. Both represent the start of something new; a new generation; a new period. Further, ‘Gen’ represents the generation of value in all aspects, including return on investments.
